Grand Cru location
The Císařská vinice residential complex is located on the sunlit southern slope of Prague 5 on Císařka, not far from the famous Ladronka Leisure Park. Here you can fully enjoy the views and tranquillity of this location, which is also exceptional for its accessibility. In a few minutes you can stroll at Hradčany or tee off at the fairways of the Golf Club Praha – Motol. The location means everything for the vineyards, and the best are referred to as the Grand Cru.
Generous villas
Nebbiolo, Grenache, Malbec, Syrah, Cabernet, Merlot, Pinot... These are important grapevine varieties found in the famous wines, but also the names of our exceptional houses for families. Like the winemakers, we have tuned every detail so that the result could exceed all your expectations. The villas are low-energy and with exceptional standards, on which the designer Prof. Michal Froněk of the Olgoj Chorchoj studio cooperated. Air conditioning with air recovery, heating and cooling through the ceilings, a heat pump, large-format windows with triple glazing and shutters, extensive greenery on the roofs, elaborated layouts and a spacious garden are inherent features.
Architecture by the Podlipný Sladký architekti studio
The architect of the entire residential complex, which includes seven villas and two apartment houses with 69 apartments and several spaces for commercial use, is the well-known Prague-based Podlipný Sladký architekti studio. Their architecture and interior design connect your home with the environment while ensuring maximum privacy. The smart layouts are very functional and made with an emphasis on spacious living rooms and interconnection with the exterior. Each apartment has a balcony or large terrace, the apartments on the ground floor also a front garden. The houses for one family feature beautiful gardens oriented to the south.
Interiors by the Olgoj Chorchoj designers
We want the best living experience for you. Therefore we approached the designers Prof. Michal Froněk and Jan Němeček of the well-known Olgoj Chorchoj studio, which holds the Czech Grand Design award. Olgoj Chorchoj has exhibited at the Moss Gallery and at the Radio House Gallery in New York, at the Vessel Gallery in London, and also at the Design Week in Milan. Prof. Michal Froněk personally designs the details of the interior solutions of Císařská vinice and he selects the standard of the furnishings.
Gardens by Ferdinand Leffler
A view belongs to an apartment, a garden to a house – and a public space to the entire residential complex too. Because of this fact, we approached the well-known landscape expert and garden architect Ferdinand Leffler of the Flera studio to design it for you to have a beautiful everyday view, a functional garden and a park where you will enjoy spending your leisure time.
