1. If you are interested in the property, we will prepare a reservation contract for you. After signing it, you will pay a reservation fee of 3% of the purchase price within 7 calendar days.

2. Within two months of signing the reservation contract (but at the earliest after obtaining a building permit in legal force), we will enter into a future purchase contract (FPC; “smlouva o smlouvě budoucí kupní”, “SOSB” in Czech) with you. At the moment, it is sufficient to pay 17% of the purchase price within 10 days.

3. You will pay the remaining 80% of the purchase price after the final inspection (within 10 days). At the same time, we will conclude a purchase contract.
